EHR Application Analyst

Our client is looking for a rockstar EHR Application Analyst that will be responsible for implementation, development, support, maintenance and training of applications designed to support healthcare clinical and business operations. 🏥

Primary functions include:

• Research and gather functional requirements for specific interfaces
• Analyze and assess departmental workflows and processes
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and provide recommendations for resolution
• Perform independent analysis of issues, evaluate possible causes, and determine corrective actions
• Evaluate software updates and revisions, identify impacted stakeholders, and effectively communicate and coordinate functionality changes
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, projects, issues, and resolutions
  

A successful candidate should have the following:

• 3+ years applications support experience
• Demonstrated experience in application implementation, problem resolution, change management
• Experience in healthcare industry or health information technology is desired
• Familiarity with any of these: Phreesia, Parlance, Meditech, Meditech Expanse, and Meditech Portal 😬
• Strong mathematical skills
