Our client is looking for a rockstar **EHR Application Analyst** that will be responsible for **implementation**, **development**, **support**, **maintenance** and **training** of applications designed to support **healthcare clinical** and **business operations**. 🏥

Primary functions include:

- Research and gather functional requirements for specific interfaces
- Analyze and assess departmental workflows and processes
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Perform independent analysis of issues, evaluate possible causes, and determine corrective actions
- Evaluate software updates and revisions, identify impacted stakeholders, and effectively communicate and coordinate functionality changes
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, projects, issues, and resolutions

A successful candidate **should** have the following:

- 3+ years applications support experience
- Demonstrated experience in application implementation, problem resolution, change management
- Experience in healthcare industry or health information technology is desired
- Familiarity with any of these: **Phreesia**, **Parlance**, **Meditech**, **Meditech Expanse**, and **Meditech Portal 😬**
- Strong mathematical skills
